6.13.17: Domecq has a strong, athletic frame. He hits from the right side from an open, upright stance, big leg kick stride, smooth load back with a slight wrap, good rhythm to swing. Explosive hips and some balance to his swing. Works uphill through the ball with good extension, pull approach with power, exit velocity was 98. Easy home run power to his pull side. Has speed, ran a 6.79 60. In the outfield, gets behind the ball well and plays through it. Clean exchange, throws from lower three-quarters arm slot, longer quick arm action, position velocity was 86. On the mound, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short free arm action with normal effort. Shoulders are level and closed, lands closed, classic lefty crossfire, finishes in an athletic position. Fastball was 81-82, touching 83, good angle and late run to it. Change-up had good armspeed and fading action, running 76-78. Slider also had good armspeed and late hard 2/8 break, 74-76. 

6.21.16:  Domecq has a strong 6-0 frame and throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a smooth drop and drive delivery. He has a short, loose arm action with easy effort. His shoulders are closed and he lands closed with and athletic finish. His fastball sat 77-79, touching 80 with some run. Late-breaking 2/8 slider with good armspeed that ran 70-72. Sinking change-up with good armspeed was 70-73. Good command of all pitches. Domecq hits from the right side and loads back with a short stride. Explosive lower half and good balance throughout his swing. Fast bat, exit velocity of 92. Showed a pull approach with power. In the outfield, loose arm action from a three-quarters arm slot that was accurate, velocity was 77. Fluid footwork and a clean exchange as he plays through the ball. 60 time was 7.25.

11.1.15: Domecq has a strong, athletic frame, and throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a smooth drop and drive delivery. He has a short, loose action and a quick arm that generates easy velocity. His shoulders are closed as he strides out online to a closed landing, creating a slight crossfire delivery and providing good deception. Domecq’s fastball sat 77-79 and touched 80 and had slight run and sink to it. His slider was very good and had power 1/7 break and good armspeed, running 68-72. His change-up had fade to it and was thrown with decent armspeed, running 74-76.

2.15.15 Domecq has an athletic frame and throws from a three-quarters slot. He has a long, clean arm action. He rushes through his balance point, but stays on line to the target with level shoulders and he finishes in an athletic position. Domecq worked in the upper-70s, touching 79 mph with hard running fastball. He also featured a sharp slider around 70 mph and a fading change-up that ran 72-74 mph. He showed good feel of all of his pitches.
Hit from a balanced stance that was open.  Had a smooth load back.  Took a short stride that was on line. Had balance throughout the swing and a fluid rhythm.  Exuded confidence during the round. Had a short, level bat path that sometimes was in and out of the zone.  Gap-Gap stroke with power potential.  Had an Exit Velocity of 83 mph.  In the field, threw from a high ¾ arm slot with long, loose arm action with an explosive finish.  Throws were accurate and had life.  had athletic actions in the field and played through the ball.  Exchanges were clean.  Footwork was both quick and fluid.  Moved well.  Was able to use the glove well.  Had an above average arm for age with a Positional Velocity of 82 mph.
