3.30.16:  Fuller is an athletic righty that throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with an explosive drop and drive delivery. He has a short arm action that is quick, generating velocity with some effort. His shoulders are uphill and slightly closed as he strides out to a square landing with a fall off finish. Fuller’s fastball had some downward plane with cutting action, running 83-87 during his outing. His curveball had sharp 12/6 action, running 67-69.
1.18.16: Fuller has an athletic 6-0 frame and throws from a high three-quarters slot. His arm action was loose and his fastball had good plane, sitting 82-83. Fuller’s breaking ball had good bite and 11/5 action.
11.1.15: Fuller has an athletic frame and strong lower half and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a smooth drop and drive delivery. He has a long, quick arm action that generates velocity with normal effort. His shoulders are uphill and slightly closed as he strides out to a closed landing before falling off as he finishes. Fuller’s fastball has good plane to it and slight cutting action, and ran 81-83 on the day. He threw a sharp, 12/6 curveball with decent armspeed that ran 64-67.
2.15.15 Fuller has an athletic frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot. He hitches his arm on the backside and has a quick armstroke. He stays online to the target and has good rhythm to his simple delivery. Fuller worked in the low-80s, touching 85 mph once with his fastball that had running action to it. He slowed his arm down on his breaking ball, which was 11/5 and came in at 60-61mph. His change-up was good at the bottom of the zone and ran 70-72 mph with some cutting action.
2.15.15 Hit from a balanced stance with flexed knees. Hands went back with a slight arm bar.  Minimal stride. Good balance throughout the swing.  Very good approach during the round with a quiet rhythm.  Short, level bat path with extension.  Line drive/gap-to-gap stroke with the potential for power.  Had advanced feel for the barrel.  Had an Exit Velocity of 79 mph.  In the field, threw from a high ¾ arm slot, with a long arm action.  Throws were accurate and had some carry.  Allowed the ball to play him at times.  Showed average hands but the exchanges were clean and fluid.  Had a Positional Velocity of 83 mph.
