This is by no means a complete list of the many talented uncommitted pitchers in the 2017 class in VA/DC, just a list of the ones that we saw this spring while on the road that stood out. All of these reports and many others have been available in the VA/DC Scout Blog throughout the spring, with the Blog being updated within a few days of when we saw a game. Over 225 players from over 60 high schools have been featured in the Scout Blog this spring, with many having multiple reports, and many more to come.
