Masiak is 6-1 with an athletic frame that has plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open balanced athletic stance, two-tap stride on line, short smooth load back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate completely and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short to the ball, slightly uphill swing path, some strength at contact with extension through the ball, showed a pull approach with the ability to use the whole field, natural loft in his swing, some extra base power present to his pull side with the chance to grow into more, exit velocity was 86. In the outfield, gets body behind the ball and fields through it with above average hands, clean exchange, throws from a lower three-quarters arm slot, long arm action, position velocity was 76. Ran a 7.57 60 yard dash. On the mound, he throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, long free arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Drop and drive delivery, shoulders are slightly uphill and closed, lands open with an athletic finish. Fastball was 77-79, with heavy armside run that has some two-plane action to it. Curveball was 63-67 with some armspeed and sharp 11/5 break to it.

Hit: RHH. slightly open set up. Bigger leg kick load to hitting position. Short swing, barrel can get around ball at times.

Arm: RH. OF - 80 mph. Sound arm action throwing from high three quarter slot. Throws had average carry.
Defense: Active feet, short crow hop with some momentum.

Delivery: Sidestep delivery with some pace. Could get some more lower half involvement to and thru release.
Arm Action: RH. Sound arm circle from a three quarter slot. Quick arm speed with light effort.
FB: T77, 74-76 mph. Slight run on the pitch at the end.
CB: 64-65 mph. Gradual break with 10/4 shape. Pitch shows potential.
