Hand is uncommitted and is 6-1 with a strong athletic frame. Has straight-line speed and is athletic and moved well taking ground balls and crow hopping to throw. Arm has strength, touching 90 on his throws. Simple swing with an easy set-up, strides on line, smooth load back to a slight wrap. Hips explode violently and rotate completely and he maintains some lower half balance throughout his swing. Hands stay inside, quick to the ball with strength at contact and extension through the ball. Slightly uphill swing path, shows a pull preference with real power and loft in his swing that way, shows extra base power to all fields.

Hand is 6-1 with an athletic frame that has strength present and some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open balanced athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, smooth load back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate completely with violence and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short and quick to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing path, strength at contact with extension through the ball, showed a primarily pull approach with the ability to use the whole field, some power present with potential to grow into more, exit velocity was 90. In the outfield, gets body behind the ball and aggressively fields through it with above average hands, clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, short quick arm action, position velocity was 86. Ran a 6.75 60 yard dash.

Preseason All-State II

Hand is 6-1 with a strong athletic frame that still has projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, smooth load back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate completely with violence and he maintains good lower half balance. Keeps hands inside and is quick to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing, very strong at contact point with extension through contact, power potential is present, exit velocity was 90. In the outfield, gets behind the ball and fields with average hands. Clean exchange, throws from a three-quarters slot, short arm action, velocity was 83. Ran a 3.99 home to first.

Preseason All-State II

Hand is 5-10 with a lankier athletic frame that has plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open upright stance, short leg kick stride on line, loads down and back, hips rotate completely with violence, has some balance during his swing. Keeps hands inside ball, short and quick to ball, level line drive swing that generates carry in the gaps, exit velocity was 87. In the outfield, gets behind ball or plays off to his side and fields with average hands. Works through ball, clean exchange, throws from a three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 71. Ran a 4.53 home to first.
