Strong frame at 5-foot-10, 175-pounds. Hits from a balanced set up. rock back load with leg lift back to front. Nice balance and rhythm throughout. Short swing path and direct to the ball. Nice extension through contact and showed some pull side pop. Barrelled ball well during BP. Clean actions defensively. Quick exchange to release to get ball back in the infield. Short arm action throwing from a three quarter slot. Throws were accurate and had some carry to them.

Burner is 5-10 with an athletic frame and added strength, he has some projection left to it. He hits from the left side from an open athletic stance, good rhythm with a low leg kick stride on line, short smooth load back, hips rotate completely with some explosion and he maintains good balance during his swing. Short level line drive swing, showed barrel ability and can use the whole field, has some power to pull side, exit velocity was 87, chance to hit for high average with some doubles at the next level. In the outfield, quick clean exchange, gets body behind the ball and plays through it, fielding towards his target and fielding with above average hands. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 83 with accuracy. Ran a 7.43 60 yard dash.

Some explosion in his hips, very good balance throughout swing. Short swing path, gets barrel to contact quickly and makes consistent hard contact. Line drive hitter uses whole field, high finish generates some carry, exit velocity was 82. In the outfield, gets body behind ball, works through ball to exchange. Throws from three-quarters arm slot, outfield velocity was 78. Ran 4.40 home to first. On the mound, throws from three-quarters arm slot, short free arm action and normal effort to delivery. Lands on line, shoulders are closed creates some deception in delivery. Fastball was 72-75, touching 76 with some plane and late sink to it. Curveball was 64-66 with gradual 1/7 break and some armspeed.

Shoulders closed, lands on line with an athletic finish and a bit of a fall off. Fastball was 72-74, touching 75, with some sink to it. Change-up was 67-68 with some armspeed and fading action. Slider was 64-67 with gradual 2/8 break.

Shoulders are level and closed as he strides on line to a square landing with an athletic finish. Fastball had heavy run, sitting 72-74. Sweeping slider with gradual break that he slows his arm down a bit, 64-67. Sinking change-up that was 65 that he slowed his arm a bit on. Burner hits from a balanced and athletic stance from the left side. He has a smooth load back and short stride. A long bat path, Burke is a rhythm hitter with a rocking preload motion. He has a strong stocky build and exit velocity of 76. In the outfield, Burner showed a long and low three quarter arm action and a velocity of 78. His shuffle footwork is short and the transfer smooth.
