Strong, muscular build. 6-foot-2, 210-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Miller crushed a home run over the left field fence in GRB’s first game and followed that up with an RBI double to the left-center wall in game two. He stays inside the baseball well and has some power that showed in game in his 6-foot-2 frame.

Positional Profile: C/1B 
Body: 6-foot-2, 210-pounds. Strong build, present strength in frame.
Hit: RHH. Balance stance, smooth load, short stride, calm pre-pitch. Short and level bat path, line drive ability with a gap-to-gap approach, rhythm involved.
Power: 92 mph exit velocity from the tee. Present bat strength. 
Arm: RH. C - 80 mph. Loose arm action with length, over the top slot, true ball, carried with accuracy to the bag.
Defense: 2.06- 2.18 pop times. Easy, athletic actions out the chute, fluid footwork, clean exchange, long to release.
Run: 7.61 runner in the 60.

2/17/19

6-foot-2, 210-pound catcher, large frame, strong build. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, smooth loading action, short stride, lower half works, stay balanced. Bat strength present, showed gap to gap pop, above average bat speed. 87 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed plus arm strength for his age, 79 mph out of the crouch, carried with accuracy. Hands played soft and agile blocker, quick clean transfer. 2.00-2.10 pop times. Ran a 7.73 in the 60 yard dash.

8/9/18 - 6-foot-2, 205-pound catcher, solid durable frame, strong lower half. Right-handed hitter with bat speed, wide setup, smooth load actions into short stride. Simple quiet bat speed created , loose hands. Contact worked the middle of the field on a line, hard gap to gap approach. 90 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm action plays long out of the crouch, over the top slot, flashed carry, 80 mph. Exchanges clean, some length, 2.04-2.14 pop times, showed soft hands. 7.78 runner in the 60.

2/17/18 - 6-foot-1, 197-pound catcher, strong lower half build, sturdy catcher’s physical makeup. Defensively arm played short and over the top, accurate to second, showed carry, 77 mph. Efficient actions out of the chute, simple exchange, quick and clean with soft hands, 1.98-2.08 pop times. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short minimal stride. Hands work well, strong, short and quick to the baseball, quiet lower half. Showed hard contact, above average pop, 89 mph exit velocity from the tee.  

5/8/17 - 5-foot-10, 170-pound, catcher with a strong lower half. At the plate, right-handed, balanced setup, short stride, smooth back load. Consistently squared the ball up, had a bases-clearing double, also showed situational awareness, hitting behind a runner. Defensively, over-the-top arm slot, caught a runner stealing, pop time in between innings of 2.36.

2/26/17 - 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Offensively hits from A balanced, spread out setup with a low hand set. Short heel lift stride with good balance. Line drive, gap to gap hitter with a fast bat. 80 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 8.24. Defensively has a long arm action from an over the top slot. Accurate throws down to second. Popped 2.25-2.35 and threw 74 mph from the crouch.
