He followed it up then with a triple to right field, utilizing an opposite field approach in both of his at bats. Haas’ speed and production were key at the top of the order for his team, as he showcased whippy hands and a linear swing to produce at a high level. Earlier this summer, Haas reached 82 mph on the mound too, emerging as an interesting two-way prospect to follow for the future.
