Body: 6-foot-2, 185-pounds. Athletic, well-proportioned frame.
Delivery: Athletic drop and drive delivery, loose on the mound, closed toe landing and stays in line with target. Has upside on the mound.
Arm Action: RH. Long arm action, 3/4 slot. Quick arm for age.
FB: T82, 80-82 mph. Showed both arm-side run and late sink. Thrown for strikes.
CB: 69-72 mph. 10/4 shape with gradual action. Sweeping type.
CH: 76-77 mph. Maintains fastball arm speed. Flashed arm-side run and sink. Feel out of the windup.
Lyon got the start on the mound on Saturday and threw six innings of one-run ball. Lyon has a long, projectable, 6-foot-2, 175-pound frame with plenty of room for added strength. The long-limbed right-hander has a long arm action the works over the top with extension out front at times. His fastball touched 79 mph multiple times in the first and settled in anywhere from 75-78. He attacked primarily with his fastball throughout that has downward tilt. Lyon struck out eight through his six innings of work. He will be one to watch in the future as he continues to grow into his frame.

Long levers creates bat speed, slightly uphill with extension, front foot hitter at times. 87 mph exit velocity from the tee. 4.76 runner home to first. Defensive actions attack the baseball, aggressive through the baseball, quick actions. Arm action plays over the top, long and loose, 83 mph from the outfield. On the mound delivery has deception, straight back rocker, tucked balance position. Arm action plays over the top. Fastball played 77-78 mph, showed tilt working bottom of the zone. Curveball has 11/5 shape, occasional late action, 67-71 mph. Changeup played firm, 72-73 mph.

Live arm, clean motion, high ¾ angle with loose action. Fastball, flashed run, ranged between 77-79 mph. Curveball, 11/5 shape, occasional sharp bite, 66-68 mph. Changeup, consistent sink and fade, 72-73 mph. Right-handed batter, balanced setup, leg lift. Short, level bat path with line drive, opposite field approach; 84 exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, fluid footwork with clean exchange. Short and quick arm action, ¾ arm slot; 80 mph from the outfield. 4.75 home-to-first.
