Uncommitted. Wiry 6-foot-2, 179-pound frame with room for added strength. The right-handed pitcher tossed two clean innings, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out three. Operated exclusively from the stretch, utilizing a high leg lift into a drop-and-drive lower half and landing open. Short, quick arm action from a 3/4 slot. Fastball worked 85-88 mph, topping out at 90 mph with life out of the hand and occasional arm-side run, reaching a max of 17.4 inches of horizontal movement. The slider played at 69-74 mph with a short horizontal break. Raw, high-upside arm with intriguing velocity.
