Stocco made his presence felt on the infield thanks to his smooth actions, advanced double play and easy, confident hands. Stocco also showed plenty of arm strength for the left-side of the diamond, topping at 87 mph. Stocco brings a left-handed bat into the equation as well, a compact 5-foot-7, 155-pounds, his swing matches showing bat strength with an opposite field approach.


5-foot-7, 155-pound prospect. A smooth defender with the hands and actions for the infield, second base may be his best long-term home, but he can be an asset there. Rhythmic left-handed bat that fits a top-of-the-order profile. 


Positional Profile: INF/RHP
Body: 5-foot-7, 140-pounds.
Hit: LHH. Balanced stance, short stride, hands load back while raising elbow. Path is short and level, uppercut finish, gets extension.
Power: 78 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. INF - 81 mph. Short loose arm action, high 3/4 slot.
Defense: Hands showed softness, above average actions, athletic starting the double play, showed body control.
Run: 7.83 runner in the 60.

Delivery: Showed regular effort through delivery and some rhythm. Kept shoulder level and landed square.
Arm Action: RH. Long and loose action with a quick over the top release.
FB: T77, 75-77 mph. Showed run. Consistent strikes.
CB: 65-67 mph. Late breaking 2/8 CB. Thrown for strikes up in the zone at near FB arm speed.
CH: 67-69 mph. Thrown at FB arm speed with arm side run. Located well low and away to a RHH.


Positional Profile: 2B/RHP 
Body: 5-foot-6, 135-pounds. 
Hit: LHH. Balanced setup, hands fall back into load, short stride, maintains balance, fluid rhythm. Advanced approach, short and level pat bath, line drive hitter.
Power: 73 mph exit velocity from the tee. Quiet and loose hands create premium bat speed.
Arm: RH. INF - 71 mph. Short, loose, and athletic arm action. Throws from a high ¾ slot.
Defense: Soft hands work well with athletic footwork; quick gather, clean exchanges.
Run: 8.13 runner in the 60.

Body: 5-foot-6, 135-pounds. 
Delivery: Smooth rhythm, level shoulders, stays in line with his target, finishes athletically with his front foot landing square.
