So. OF Owen Nowak (Union Grove, WI) is one of the top returners for the Scots, turning in a .390 batting average in 210 at-bats last spring. Listed at 6-foot, 185-pounds with some present strength, Nowak is an above-average athlete with a 6.71 in the 60. The left-handed hitter worked elevated contact to his pull-side throughout his round, topping out at 95 mph for his EV. He showed steady actions in the outfield with a strong arm, topping out at 88 mph with accuracy to his target.

 6-0, 180lb L/L outfielder began his day with a 6.73 60 yard dash. Worth noting the left hand hitting outfielder who ran well this weekend, and had a solid round of batting practice. Working up to 94mph exits off the bat with some untapped ball speed. Nowak will take part in a tough Union Grove lineup this year.

Body: 6-0, 165-pounds. Broad shoulders, lanky levers.
Defense: Fluid footwork on approach and when ranging laterally; extra shuffle through transfer, plays through the ball.
Arm: LH. OF - 84 mph. Long, loose arm action from a high 3/4 slot.
Hit: LHH. Balanced base, open front foot, high back elbow, short stride to even. Bat path is short and direct, showed some feel for the barrel in batting practice.
Power: Recorded a max exit speed of 92.25 mph during BP.
Run: 4.20 runner from home to first.
