Positional Profile: RHP Struck out two looking in a scoreless inning of work.
Body: 6-foot-6, 190-pounds. Upside frame, high-waisted and athletic.
Delivery: Stays tall throughout with short stride for size, gets on top of the baseball and creates tilt.
Arm Action: RH. Long arm action, full circle works out of high 3/4 slot, easy effort.
FB: T83, 80-82 mph. Showed tilt, ability to work downhill.
CB: 71-72 mph. 11/5 shape, showed depth.
CH: 71-73 mph. Occasional run to arm side. 


An intriguing arm still on the market. The 6-foot-5, 190-pound righty’s fastball sat at 81-83 mph, topping at 85 mph with tilt. He also showcased a curveball at 70-73 mph with 11/5 shape and depth, along with a changeup at 74-77 mph. Harper has long and loose arm action, working from a high ¾ slot. Final line: 5 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 5 K, 4 BB.

Delivery: Tall and fall delivery, loads on the back side, tall balance point, lands slightly closed cross body side.
Arm Action: RH. Long drawing arm action, firm at times, high 3/4 slot.
FB: T84, 81-83 mph. Some tilt, early running ation.
CB: 69-72 mph. 11/5 shape, gradual shape with above average depth.
CH: 72-76 mph. Near fastball arm speed, played straight top of the zone.


10/28/18 - 6-foot-5, 190-pound right-handed pitcher, long projectable frame. Tall and fall delivery, lands square, slightly across body, regular effort. Arm action is long, high ¾ slot. Four seam fastball is straight, shows tilt, 83-84 mph, two-seamer showed more run action, 82 mph. Curveball has 11/5 shape, flashes sharp action, 70-72 mph. Changeup is straight, occasional sink, 71-76 mph.


3/11/18 - 6-foot-5, 180-pound two-way player, extra large frame, projects while showing present strength, long limbs. On the mound delivery is mechanical and stays within self, on line with squared landing, shorter stride for size. Arm action is long and firm, high ¾ slot. Fastball is straight, creates occasional tilt, 77-79 mph. Curveball plays 11/5, gradual action, near fastball arm speed, 66-69 mph. Changeup shows deceleration, 66-68 mph. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride. Long levers work slightly uphill, 83 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively profiles at a corner, large target would profile well at first base. Arm action is long, 75 mph across the diamond. 7.72 runner in the 60.


10/28/17 - 6-foot-4, 170-pound right-handed pitcher. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long arm action. Tall and fall delivery with regular effort. Some rhythm, works in line with home plate, square landing. Fastball has sinking action at 79-80 mph working downhill for strikes. Curveball has 11-5 shape at 65-67 mph. Changeup sat 68-71 mph. Projects well on the mound.
