RHP Tyler Suttner (Waukesha North, 2024) was impressive over the weekend, attacking the zone with a fastball in the 85-87 mph range and working to both sides of the plate. He also went to a low-70s slider with feel down in the zone and upper-70s changeup to give opposing hitters another look.

CH: 73-74 mph. Throws with intent, late fading action, will throw to RHH and LHH. Weapon. T1633, 1520 average rpm.

Suttner is an athletic and projectable pitching prospect. He stands 6-foot-2, 175 pounds with more fill coming to his projectable frame. Suttner organizes his delivery and body well through the delivery pitching with a slight cross fire landing creating deception and angle on his fastball that was at 87 mph throughout the bullpen. He showed consistent feel for the strike zone and a good carry and ride at the plate with a 2400 rpm spin rate on the pitch. He has a late slider with short quick break at the plate and good feel for a change up. He also ran a 7.26 seconds 60 yard dash showing off his athleticism. Overall, Suttner is one of the more interesting pitching prospects in the class.

Suttner is listed at 6-foot-2, 153-pounds with a long wiry frame with sloped shoulders and high waist which indicates more size and fill is coming in the future. Tyler has a clean, loose, balanced delivery showing easy to repeat moves through the ball.  Has some cross-fire deception with a slightly closed landing. Has a quick repeatable arm stroke and a high three quarter arm slot driving the ball down hill.  Arm is consistently up on time and displays repeatable release point pounding the zone with a fastball 82-84 that shows finish through the glove.  Suttner also displayed a slurvy slider 68-73 mph with two-plane break and ability to manipulate different shapes to the pitch. Has a business-like demeanor on the mound and pitches with competitiveness and intent.

 High upside arm with projectable body and easy, loose, athletic move through the baseball from x-fire landing. Displays a quick arm, quiet head and balanced finish. Fastball 79-83 mph to spots and flash for breaking ball 69-70 for strikes.
