10/25/26

Uncommitted, currently ranked No. 133 in Wisconsin. Working out of a methodical operation on the mound, Raciti utilized a four pitch mix with feel to spin throughout, with the fastball working in the low-80s and topping out at 83.5 mph with a low-80s sinker to pair. The slider worked in the mid-70s and averaged 2,737 rpm with a mid-to-high-70s cutter to pair, averaging 2,657 rpm. With feel to spin and strikes throughout, Raciti showed why he’s one of the top uncommitted right handed arms still on the market.

3/15/26

RHP Nelson Raciti (Brookfield East, 2027): Standing at 5-foot-10 and 176 pounds, Raciti presents a sturdy, projectable frame on the mound. The right-hander utilizes a medium leg-lift into his balance point, working downhill through a drop-and-drive delivery that stays well in-line toward the plate. He operates from a three-quarter slot with a quick, whippy arm action, generating natural arm-side run and sinker traits on his primary pitch. His fastball sat 83-84 mph (1,986 rpm) with 7.3 inches of average induced vertical break, while his slider played at 73-74 mph (2,876 rpm) with 17.5 inches of horizontal movement. Featuring a sweeper shape and clear wipeout potential, his slider explicitly led the entire event in average spin rate. Rounding out his three-pitch mix, he also flashed a 77-80 mph cutter that displayed a short, bullet shape through the zone. Consistently repeating his mechanics, he demonstrates a distinct feel to land his pitches in spots and execute throughout the zone.
