These are guys you will want to see sooner rather than later.

QUICK HITS

Trevor Moore, RHP, Mullen, 2022
Strong 6’1” frame, emerged as the events top velocity arm, 87-90, but was much more than velocity.  Comfortable and deliberate movements in his delivery, he demonstrated good feel for CB and CH.

Ryan Kim, RHP, Mountain Vista, 2022
Ryan’s first positive impression was in the cage as a RHH, but he also demonstrated a repeatable delivery as RHP. FB, 82-83, and a great feel for a CH. Strike thrower, OT, will be exciting to watch his development

Ethan Lewis, RHP, Golden, 2022
Ethan has a lean athletic frame with a high 3/4 delivery. Release point lends itself to a plus CH. FB, 82-84, with foreseeable growth. Ethan’s past history on control of the zone was evident in the event

Brooks Gerig, RHP, Regis Jesuit, 2022
Another impressive arm coming from Regis Jesuit.Brooks high ceiling demonstrated within 2-3 pitches. He was in the zone with all pitches. FB, 83-84, had a high leg kick, repeatable aggressive delivery.

The 2023 class was highlighted by two small town Colorado kids. 2023 RHP Mason Bright (Severance) sat at 84-85. Broad shouldered young man has attack delivery with potential for power SL. 2023 RHP Tate Smith (Eaton) 6’4” and moving up, Tate’s bright future evident with his athleticism. Found the zone with FB/SL/CH. High  release. Arm is easy and loose, FB 80-82. Run, don’t Walk to see Tate
