Top Prospect Games Stats Posted

The Prep Baseball Report’s Top Prospect Games for 2017 and 2018 prospects took place this past Sunday at Cherry Creek High School. 89 underclass prospects completed a pro-style workout for the PBR Colorado's Scouting Staff, several of whom are new to the staff.

Top Fastball Velocity

No. 26 overall 2018 Tanner O'Tremba, RHP/OF out of Cherry Creek High School touched 87 mph on the mound, sitting 85-86  mph pounding the the strike zone dominating hitters with his fastball.

No 5 2017 James Notary, RHP, out of Broomfield. was 84-85 and touched 86 mph with good down angle. Also mixed in a curveball with better 11/5 tilt then last time we saw him that sat at 72 mph.

2017 LHP Connor Nantkes of Cherokee Trail had the top LHP velocity at 84 mph sitting 82-83

Top Exit Velocity

There was a strong display of bat speed at the Top Prospect Games. Tanner O'Tremba again led the way with led the way again with an impressive 97 mph off the tee. He also registered a 93 off live batting practice. 2017 OF/RHP Luke Kuberski out of Green Mountain also had an impressive 96 mph off the tee.
