The Florida Preseason All-State has quickly become the premier Preseason event in the state of Florida. Over the first two years there have been over 100 committed players in attendance and counting. This event is held for the top 2019s-2022s throughout the state to kick off the Prep Baseball Report's spring high school baseball coverage.

We will begin to spotlight each and every player in attendance. Today, we look at RHP Frank Elissalt (Miami Sunset Senior, 2020).

Scouting Report

03/29/18- Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-10, 170 pounds with a lean, compact frame. Athletic. Simple delivery throwing out of the ¾ slot where he featured a fastball mostly at 82-84 mph with run while also mixing in a 69-70 mph curveball that showed depth, throwing it for strikes. Forced numerous ground ball outs. Works down in the zone and mixes it up
