If you missed the release story for the class, you can find it here. Today, we will highlight the top 10 uncommitted arms in the state according to the rankings. Mannell has a long, lean, and projectable 6-foot-3, 185-pound frame with much more development to come. The right-hander works only from the stretch with an athletic leg kick, quality leg drive, and a closed stride. His arm action is long, loose, and electric coming through a low-3/4 slot with advanced arm speed. His fastball shows some arm-side run, especially down in the zone, at 86-88 mph with much more velo to come. Mannell's slider is advanced with11/5 shape,  late depth,  and thrown with full arm speed at 78-79 mph. His Changeup shows heavy arm-side run and some sink at 83-84 mph.
