PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Sipp: I’m undecided on what I want to study, however keeping my options open for anything.

PBR: How did you do your junior year? What were your high school statistics? And how did your team  do?

Sipp: My junior year season started out a little rough coming off of a torn labrum and surgery on my left arm. I played in a few games, when I did play I batted .444, 5 RBI’s, 8 Runs, and 15+ stolen bases. Our Tiger baseball team went 9-12, then lost in the regional final.

PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?

Sipp: My main goal is to get bigger and stronger anyway I can. I’m wanting to focus on hitting to swing the bat better than the .444 average I hit last year. I want to get on base as much as possible, and being a senior I want to focus not just on bettering myself but helping the underclassman get better on an off the field and see them grow as the season progresses.

PBR: What travel team do you play for? Are you playing fall ball with a team?

Sipp: I’m continuing to play for the Wichita Sluggers Baseball Academy as I have from my freshman year of moving to Wichita. Our fall season with Sluggers has also came to an end.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Sipp: I used to play football but I made the decision to focus on my baseball career after tearing my labrum and to get better with the sport that I love.

PBR: What are your ACT and GPA?

Sipp: I have a 3.3 GPA and taking the ACT in December.
