Kaiser is known throughout Kansas for his glove work, showing excellent actions and a strong arm. As a sophomore, he received a defensive award in the state after not committing an error in 25 games while leading Blue Valley West to a state title as the starting shortstop. Scouts are also intrigued by what he can do on the mound, thanks to his arm strength and body type. He has reportedly been up to 90 mph. He has long arms that create some length in his swing, but he possesses some bat speed and pop.
