Williams joined the 2016 draft class last summer after reclassifying from being a 2017. He’s a good athlete with a strong frame at 6-foot-2, 200 pounds. His best asset is his speed, as he is a plus runner with a 6.61-second 60 and can get down the line in 4.09 seconds from the right side. He shows bat speed from both sides of the plate, though he is more proficient from the right side and mostly did so on the summer circuit. He shows good hands and quick feet in the infield, but would profile well in center field too.
