PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?

Klug: St. Thomas, Valpraiso, North Dakota State--Winona State, Mankato State, and Jamestown (basketball and baseball) --Saint Cloud State, Augustana,--Kirkwood CC, North Iowa Area CC

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?

Klug: I have taken some visits and have had some virtual visits. I do not plan to take very many more visits.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Klug: First off, I look for my Elementary Education major and also i like to look at the placement rate after college. Also, I look for a good sports program and that they have the tools to fully develop me as a person and player.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your sophomore year?

Klug: Some highlights were just making a good playoff run and being able to learn from older players that are now playing college baseball. Also, being a starting pitcher as a sophomore was really fun.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?

Klug: The biggest goal for me would definitely be hitting 93 mph on the mound and developing even more as a pitcher which could bring me more opportunities in college.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Klug: I play basketball and football also. Our football team has won the last 5 state championships and have the longest active win streak in the nation at 69 wins. Our basketball team was ranked 1 in the state last year.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?

Klug: My GPA is about a 3.8 and I took the ACT but have not received my test score yet.
