On the cusp of the national rankings, these uncommitted 2026 players are certain to open the eyes of college recruiters in the summer.

Eli Herst RHP / Garfield HS (Seattle Academy), WA / 2026

A silky mover with an uber-projectable, 6-foot-4, 190-pound frame, Herst’s whippy right arm is sure to see steady jumps as early as the spring. Up to 86 mph in an early appearance at the Future Games last summer, his ability to replicate a true ¾ arm slot stood out at a young age. Still growing into his long frame, the evolution of his secondary offerings is likely to dictate his ceiling, but the foundation built with a polished delivery along with a near electric arm stroke should have college coaches monitoring closely throughout the spring and into the summer.
