Turner Swistak RHP / 3B / Oak Grove, MS / 2020Lean, athletic 6-foot-2, 170-pound frame. Right-handed pitcher with short arm action into high-3/4 release, quick arm speed and normal effort. Solid rhythm, level shoulders, in-line direction, and finishes athletically. Strike thrower, worked with quality tempo, pitching 81-84 mph with his fastball. Flashed ability to spin solid breaking ball with shape and solid spin at 67-70 mph, also showing a change up with occasional fading action at 73-74 mph. |
Alan Kivett RHP / 3B / Warren Central, MS / 2020Lean 6-foot, 170-pound frame, athletic build. Right-handed pitcher showed a long arm action with a slight stab on backend, and quick arm speed from a high-3/4 release. Smooth rhythm, level shoulders, lands square, and finishes occasionally falling off to the first base side. Fastball sat 83-84 mph, topping at 86 mph, with slight arm side run and control in the strike zone. Breaking ball showed 11/5 shape with solid spin, depth, command at 68-70 mph. changeup with fastball arm speed, deception and fade action at 72-74 mph. |
Dylan Fontan RHP / 1B / St. Patrick Catholic, MS / 2020Medium build 6-foot-2, 190-pound frame. Right-handed pitcher throwing from high-¾ release, with solid balance, and easy effort in delivery. Fluid rhythm with deception in delivery, level shoulders, in-line direction and finishes athletically off to first base side. Fastball was commanded around the zone at 81-84 mph. Breaking ball showed tightness with depth and 11/5-shape at 69-72 mph. Change up was thrown with fastball arm speed and showed slight fading action at 69-70 mph. |
