Offensively: RHH. Weight pre loaded on the back leg with his torso slightly rotated away from the pitcher; goes into a small leg lift with a hinge at the hips, the hands work backward as the load continues. Very smooth actions in the lower half, clears hips with good timing with a sense of comfortability in the swing, uphill path with strong actions. Pulled the ball exceptionally well with present pop in the bat, had a good feel for the barrel through the zone; peak Trackman exit velocity of 94 MPH.
Defensively: Starts with fairly straight up lower half with some bend in the waist, keeps weight on his toes; moves well with confidence to the ball, gets around the right side of it to gain good direction and momentum to the target. Very soft hands with a seamless transfer to throw; slight reach back straight out of the glove, long whippy action from a high 3/4 slot. INF - 83 MPH.
