Defensively, showed a developing 72 mph across the infield to go with a 7.17 laser-timed 60. On the mound, Nienaber worked a three-pitch mix — fastball at a firm 83-86, topped at 86, alongside a 71-73 mph curveball and a 75-77 mph changeup.

Anderson Alacchi C / Lake Middle / High School, OH / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 48 / POS: 6 Showcase: Top Prospect Games Report: 6-foot, 204-pound frame. At the plate, Alacchi produced an impressive 106 mph exit velocity, consistent with prior looks showing the ability to do damage while shortening up and using the whole field. Defensively, showed a developing 72 mph behind the plate and recorded top pop times of 1.94-2.00.

Joey Kristbaum OF / LHP / Centerville, OH / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 43 / POS: 6 Showcase: Top Prospect Games Report: Committed to South Carolina Upstate. 6-foot-3, 200-pound frame. At the plate, produced an above-average 99 mph exit velocity, consistent with prior looks at the barrel. Defensively, possesses above-average arm strength at 90 mph from the outfield, to go with a quick 6.88 laser-timed 60.

Blake Moore RHP / OF / Keystone High School, OH / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 28 / POS: 11 Showcase: Top Prospect Games Report: Committed to Akron. 6-foot-3, 183-pound frame. On the mound, Moore worked a three-pitch mix — fastball sat a high-end 86-89, topped at 90, alongside a 75-78 mph slider and a changeup at 78 mph. The fastball plays ahead of the class, and the slider carries a praise descriptor consistent with prior looks, showing as one of the more developed offerings in the mix. Loose arm action with a repeatable delivery rounds out the profile.

On the mound, Riggs worked a four-pitch mix — fastball sat a strong 85-88, topped at 89, with a 74-78 mph slider, an 81 mph changeup, and a cutter at 82-84.

Jaren Holden RHP / OF / Ontario, OH / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 108 / POS: 31 Showcase: Top Prospect Games Report: 6-foot-1, 200-pound frame. On the mound, Holden worked a two-pitch mix — fastball sitting a firm 87-88, topped at 88, alongside a slider at 74-75 mph.

Lucas Clark 1B / LHP / Centerville High School, OH / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 82 / POS: 5 Showcase: Top Prospect Games Report: 6-foot, 180-pound frame. At the plate, produced a sturdy 96 mph exit velocity. Defensively, showed a sturdy 82 mph across the infield. Clark posted a swift 6.62 laser-timed 60. On the back of a stellar spring campaign, the hit tool is proving to be on of the better in the class. Defensive playmaker.

Wade Bender OF / LHP / Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School, OH / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 163 / POS: 37 Showcase: Top Prospect Games Report: 5-foot-7, 163-pound frame. At the plate, produced a steady 96 mph exit velocity — quiet hands and a patient approach consistent with prior looks. Kyle Davidson C / OF / Harrison, OH / 2027 Rankings  StateRank: 143 / POS: 20 Showcase: Southern Ohio Unsigned Seniors Report: 5-foot-10, 170-pound frame. A workable 93 mph exit velocity. Defensively, possesses premium arm strength, 92 mph from the outfield; recorded top pop times of 1.87-1.95. Posted a 7.05 laser-timed 60. Fastball sat an above-average 87-88, topped at 88. Austin Krenzel RHP / 3B / Dublin Jerome High School, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 9 / POS: 3 OverallRank: 294 / POS: 65 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Austin Krenzel is a 2029 right-hander out of Dublin Jerome who already stands out in his class with a fastball that sits 84-86 and touches 87, carrying natural life out of a smooth, effortless low three-quarter delivery. At 6-foot, 145 pounds, the velocity is well ahead of schedule, and the arm action grades as a clear plus. He complements the heater with a solid changeup and a developing slider, giving him a three-pitch mix that projects to grow alongside his frame.

Eli Fogle OF / 2B / Valley View High School, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 48 / POS: 9 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Eli Fogle is a projectable 2029 right-handed outfielder from Valley View who stands out for his advanced approach at the plate, showing a line-drive swing with high-end contact skills and an impressive 95 mph exit velocity that plays well ahead of his class. He pairs that offensive upside with a solid defensive profile in right field, backed by an 81 mph outfield arm and above-average athleticism reflected in his 6.85 laser-timed 60. At 6-foot, 170 pounds with room to add strength, Fogle has the tools and physical projection to be one of the more interesting 2029 prospects in Ohio as he continues to develop.

Gavin Sentner OF / RHP / Cardinal Mooney, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 40 / POS: 7 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Gavin Sentner is a projectable 6-foot-2, 190-pound outfielder out of Cardinal Mooney (OH) in the 2029 class who flashes a pair of standout tools at an early age. His 92 mph max exit velocity sits above the class average and his 87 mph outfield arm is at the top of the 2029 group, giving him a true plus throwing weapon in right field. The combination of size, bat speed, and arm strength makes Sentner one of the more intriguing two-way prospects to keep an eye on in Ohio.

Clayton Graley 1B / RHP / Teays Valley High School, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 52 / POS: 4 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Clayton Graley is a 6-2, 200-pound right-handed hitter and pitcher out of Teays Valley who checks a lot of boxes for a 2029 grad. He put up a 95 mph exit velocity at the showcase and backs it up with a 77 mph infield arm and a 6.92 laser-timed 60-yard dash that reflects genuine athleticism for his size and age. On the mound he shows two pitches he can throw for strikes, and a third-party evaluator noted he has some of the best physical tools you'll see at this age level with a big year ahead.

Ezra Scheffler SS / 2B / Butler, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 50 / POS: 13 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Ezra Scheffler is a projectable switch-hitting shortstop out of Butler with a clean, athletic profile and plenty of time on his side as a 2029 grad. He flashed above-average arm strength at 80 mph with the ability to throw from multiple angles, and his quick hands and athletic feet give him a natural feel for the position. With a frame that still has room to fill out, there is legitimate upside here for a player who is already holding his own at the high school level.

Boston Griffin C / RHP / Lakota East High School, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 44 / POS: 6 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Boston Griffin is a 2029 catcher out of Lakota East who stands out for his arm strength behind the plate, sitting at 76 mph with pop times down to 1.98 seconds. He also shows some feel for the barrel with exit velocities reaching 95 mph and solid on-plane efficiency, and he adds further value as a two-way contributor with a fastball that touches 82 on the mound. At a young age with room left to fill out his 5-10 frame, Griffin projects well and is worth tracking as one of the better 2029 catchers in the Ohio class.

Kayden Hall 2B / SS / Jonathan Alder High School, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 41 / POS: 2 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Kayden Hall is a 2029 middle infielder out of Jonathan Alder who flashes solid tools on both sides of the ball for his age and stage. At the plate he posted a 92 mph exit velocity with a 55 percent sweet spot rate, showing the ability to consistently find the barrel. Defensively he moves well in the infield with a 7.19 laser 60 and clean actions at second base and shortstop that give him a projectable two-position profile up the middle.

Oliver Emmons-Boden 3B / SS / St. Xavier, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 18 / POS: 1 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Oliver Emmons-Boden is a big, projectable third baseman out of St. Xavier with a 6-foot-3 frame that gives you plenty to dream on as he continues to fill out. He backed up the physical tools at the showcase, posting a 97 mph exit velocity and an 81 mph infield velo that plays well for the position. With the ball jumping off his bat and a strong arm to match, he is a name to watch as the 2029 class takes shape.

Anderson Bennett 3B / RHP / Archbishop Moeller, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 45 / POS: 2 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Anderson Bennett is a projectable 6-foot-3, 228-pound left-handed hitter from Archbishop Moeller with a whippy, all-fields bat and legitimate raw power, peaking at 98 mph exit velocity with a max distance of 363 feet. On the mound, he flashes a four-pitch mix with natural arm strength, sitting 79-81 on the fastball and showing feel for three secondary offerings including a curveball and slider with solid shape. Still in the 2029 class, Bennett has significant physical and skill projection remaining, making him one of the more intriguing two-way prospects in his grade.

Blake Hoover OF / RHP / Wadsworth High School, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 42 / POS: 8 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Blake Hoover is a 2029 grad out of Wadsworth who stands out for his bat first, showing a 97 mph exit velocity that has held up consistently across multiple looks. He adds genuine two-way appeal with a fastball that sits 79-81 and touches 82 alongside a usable curveball and changeup. At 5-foot-9, 175 pounds, Hoover already profiles as a physical, well-rounded athlete with room to continue developing on both sides of the ball.

Rocco Vitucci SS / RHP / Archbishop Moeller, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 62 / POS: 15 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Rocco Vitucci is a 2029 Archbishop Moeller shortstop who stands out for his arm, flashing 85 mph across the infield, which ranks among the best in his class at the position. He backs that up on the mound with a fastball sitting 82-84 mph that already shows late life with quality vertical ride. As a young frame with clear physical projection still ahead, Vitucci is one of the more intriguing two-way prospects in the Ohio 2029 class.

James Vecchio LHP / 1B / Gilmour Academy, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 34 / POS: 2 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: James Vecchio is a 2029 left-hander out of Gilmour Academy who stands out for his velocity relative to the class, sitting 83-86 and touching 86 with a four-pitch mix that already includes a curveball, slider, and changeup. For a kid with a 5-foot-9, 160-pound frame and years of projection ahead of him, that kind of present stuff is genuinely ahead of schedule. He's a two-way player as well, showing an 85 mph exit velocity at the plate that keeps his bat in the conversation as his body continues to fill out.

Joshua Codner 3B / 3B / Archbishop Moeller, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 46 / POS: 3 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Joshua Codner is a projectable 6-foot-2 left-handed hitter at Archbishop Moeller who controls the barrel well and flashes above-average raw power, topping out at 95 mph exit velocity with a max distance of 306 feet. His swing is smooth and efficient, and his approach at the plate is already drawing attention for a player who won't graduate until 2029. Codner has plenty of physical and skill projection still ahead of him.

Cameron Schaefer SS / 2B / St. Xavier, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 30 / POS: 10 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Cameron Schaefer is a projectable 6-foot-1 shortstop out of St. Xavier who stands out for his above-average arm strength and instincts on the field, flashing the tools to stick at the position as he physically matures. At the plate he makes consistent hard contact and shows a feel for the barrel with his line drive approach. Still in the early stages of the 2029 class, Schaefer carries the kind of competitive makeup scouts want to see from a player his age.

Waylon DeLong SS / C / Jackson, OH / 2029 Rankings  StateRank: 55 / POS: 14 Showcase: Ohio Underclass Games Report: Waylon DeLong is a 2029 shortstop out of Massillon Jackson who stands out for his arm, sitting at 81 mph across the infield, which is a legitimate carrying tool at his grade level. His 60 time of 7.15 shows developing athleticism for a young player still growing into a 5-11 frame, and his grip strength readings suggest a physical foundation that projects well as he matures. At just entering his prep career, DeLong is the kind of two-way prospect worth tracking early.

Mason Massaro SS / RHP / Triway High School, OH / 2030 Showcase: Future 50 Report: Mason Massaro is a 2030 right-handed shortstop out of Triway who flashes a carrying tool at the plate, backing it up with a loud 98 mph exit velocity and a 75 percent sweet spot rate that speaks to consistent barrel control. On the mound he shows a whippy, quick arm action with natural ride on the fastball that already sits 80-81 and plays ahead of his class. The projection is there on a 5-foot-11, 175-pound frame with room to grow, and the two-way utility gives him a chance to develop along multiple paths.

Nathan Brown SS / RHP / Elder High School, OH / 2030 Showcase: Future 50 Report: Nathan Brown, a 2030 shortstop out of Elder, turned heads at the Junior State Games with a combination of tools that are rare to find in a player his age. He brings legitimate pull-side pop with a 95 mph max exit velocity and a sweet spot percentage that showed real feel for the barrel, and his arm stands out as a carrying tool across the infield at 77 to 79 mph. With a projectable 6-foot-1 frame and athleticism that shows up in every phase of the game, Brown is a high-follow prospect with a ceiling that is just getting started.
