Starts in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a simple upward swing plane and high finish. While catching, he made throws to second at velocities up to 75 mph; had a natural transfer, sure hands, and consistent footwork. displayed next-level catching ability by boasting a 1.91-1.94 pop time. Quiet setup with some flexibility. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 7.56 at the event.
Not going to find many hit tools that can match what's offered here in class. Checks all the boxes - fluid, efficient and explosive with a natural feel for barrelling the baseball.
