With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2018 Spring Team Preview: Danville Blue Devils
Team Name: Danville Blue Devils
Head Coach: Brian Bratton
Division: IV
2017 Record: 17 wins
Conference Record: 9-2
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/0
Team Strengths:
- Leadership
- Starting Pitching
Coach Outlook: “We have a very good group of kids coming back this year. we have our top four pitchers returning. Those 4 kids are our top players and they will run the infield along with centerfield. we are going into a new league, which will be playing much bigger and better school. This will help with our tournament run.”
PBR Outlook: The Blue Devils and coach Brian Bratton are headed into a new league which should help them come tournament time. Danville has some talent and should be a team to look out for this year in Division IV.
