2026 Tulsa Fall ID: Quick Hits

Bret Schwartz
Oklahoma Scouting Director

On Sunday, October 18th, the Prep Baseball Oklahoma staff hosted the Tulsa Fall ID on the campus of the University of Central Oklahoma. This year’s event hosted 35 prospect who participated in the showcase, and we'll begin highlighting the top performers among them.

All of our events offer players the opportunity to update their recruiting resume and showcase their talents in front of our staff. We also use these events as identifiers for future invite-only events, like the Preseason All-State, our summer Top Prospect Games, and the prestigious Prep Baseball Future Games that takes place at the tail end of the summer. To see what our events offer, click HERE.

Shortly after the event, we assembled leaderboards of the more traditional stat categories inside Statistical Leaderboards, which you can view HERE.

The slider is a consistent, slurvey shape, that he can land in the zone at will. A high pitchability left hander, Fowler continues to develop and will be a big part of a talented Enid squad once again in 2027.

Further, the slider and changeup are offering that he can land in early counts. The shape of the slider continues to add consistency with minimal IVB and up to 7.9” of sweep. The changeup is a true weapon against RHH with depth and the increased velo on the fastball creates a wider gap between the two pitches. The changeup provides big fade with over 19” of HM that can give him a weapon against LHH as well as RHH at times. The delivery is tough on opposing hitters, Sims crossfires hard, and the uncomfortable nature of those ABs will help him jump ahead and put away opposing hitters.

Despite the life on the fastball, the secondary offerings may speak to the upside even more. Both the curveball and slider feature different shapes with Wilder landing each in the zone. Further, the slider has the makings of a wipeout, swing and miss offering that will be a difficult matchup for a RHH with up to -19.6” HM and 2729 RPMs. A quick arm that is loaded with upside, Wilder was a standout performer at ORU with an explosive 3-pitch mix as he is just scratching the surface with his 6’2” 170 pound frame.
