PBR OK strives to be the most comprehensive source of player information across the state. The Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state. While other organizations take a national approach, our goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state.

This summer, PBR OK will be highlighting some of the top ranked and uncommitted players in the 2019 class as they prepare to enter their senior seasons. Today, we look at a middle infielder who put up big numbers at the plate last spring, swing it from the left-side, SS Carter LaValley from Carl Albert.

Scouting Report

A 5-foot-11, 185-pound proportional frame with some strength. Offensively, the left-handed hitter bats from a very back leg heavy quiet set-up. Uses a very minimal load and stride before launching his hands on a flat path through extension with hand strength and bat speed. In BP, shows an all fields approach with excellent pop, mostly barrels, 90 mph exit velo. Runs a 6.87 60. Defensively, shows deliberate and clean foot and glove work with confidence. Throws from a high-¾ slot with accuracy at 80 mph across the diamond.
