Two weeks of voting on Twitter culminated in 64 top high school prospects in Pennsylvania being whittled down to just two. The championship round of the inaugural PBR March Madness Bracket came down to a match-up between 2015 LHP Connor Higgins (Parkland HS) and 2016 RHP/SS Max Kranick (Valley View HS). 

In a very close two-day round of championship voting, which was not decided until the final hour, Higgins narrowly outlasted Kranick by a total of 34 votes. A total of 1,236 votes (retweets) were cast in just the championship round alone. Higgins, a member of the 2013 Team Pennsylvania roster that participated in the PBR Future Games at Indiana University, is an Arizona State recruit and is currently ranked No. 12 in the PA Class of 2015.
