3A #16 archbishop wood @ Archbishop carroll (april 30)

Archbishop Wood got a complete game effort from Marist-bound RHP Scott Boches to tally a 7-3 road win over Archbishop Carroll. Boches struck out seven and gave up just five hits on the evening.

John Santospago (2B, HR) hit a two-run home run to center field in the 3rd inning and Joe Santospago (3B, HR) hit a two-run home run to right field in the 7th to lead Wood to the Philadelphia Catholic League victory. Six of Wood's ten hits went for extra bases (2 2B, 1 3B, 3 HR).
