Last week we released Nos. 11-100 (11-50 here51-100 here). Today we finish our fall Junior College rankings with the Top 10.

Junior college prospects have had limited impact in the early rounds of the MLB draft the past two years. The 2019 draft saw just four drafted in the top five rounds: RHP Jackson Rutledge (Washington, first round), LHP Antoine Kelly (Milwaukee, second round), 2B Ivan Johnson (Cincinnati, fourth round) and RHP Gunner Mayer (Philadelphia, fifth round). The 2018 draft also saw a total of four taken in the top five rounds: C Josh Breaux (Yankees, second round), RHP Blake Rivera (San Francisco, fourth round), RHP Aaron Ashby (Milwaukee, fourth round), RHP Keaton Winn (San Francisco, fifth round) and RHP Trey Riley (Atlanta, fifth round).

However, the 2020 draft could be different...
