With the completion of the Pennsylvania Travel Baseball Championships the summer schedule of events in Pennsylvania and West Virginia have drawn to a close. In preparation for the start of the fall schedule of events that begin in September we now look back on some of the top performances of the summer.

Today we continue by taking a look at the top outfielder performances of the summer at a PBR event in Pennsylvania or West Virginia.

#1  Curtis Robison, 2017, Northern York (PA)

At the Eastern PA Top Prospect Games, the 6-foot-1, 195-pound left-handed hitter went 4-for-6 with a double and a triple in game actions over two days. Starting from a slightly open stance he utlizes a short leg-lift stride to initiate a short swing. Displayed the ability to drive baseballs to all fields and the potential for additional power moving forward. Registered a 90 mph bat exit velocity and flashed 90 mph arm strength from the outfield. While he has average foot speed (7.05 60-yard dash) his routes and instincts should make him an above average defender at the next level. Committed to Penn State later in the summer.

#2  Cullan Wadsworth, 2018, Parkland (PA)

5-foot-11, 180-pound left-handed hitter took an impressive round of batting practice on evaluation day for Team PA at the PBR Future Games, barreling the baseball routinely with a simple swing that produces an 89 mph bat exit velocity. Displayed solid fundamentals defensively with good ball tracking skills, 81 mph arm strength and above average foot speed (6.86 60-yard dash).

#3  Colin Hartey, 2017, Twin Valley (PA)

6-foot-3, 205-pound left-handed hitter. Athletic, physical hitter starts from a slightly open stance and uses a short stride to initiate his swing. Registered an 86 mph exit velocity and ran flashed a solid 4.42 home-to-1B time and 7.10 60-yard dash time. Committed to Lafayette later in the summer.

#4  Adam Overcash, 2017, Cumberland Valley (PA)

5-foot-11, 175-pound left-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and initiates his swing with a toe-tap stride. Hands work well through contact and displays some present power when on time to the hitting zone with an 87 mph bat exit velocity. Flashed accurate 84 mph arm strength from the outfield with the ability to play through the baseball and runs a 7.06 60-yard dash.

#5  Zane Gallagher, 2017, Morgantown (WV)

Gallagher showcased the ability to consistently put solid swings together in game action during two high level PBR events this summer. The 6-foot-1, 195-pound left-handed hitter registered an 83 mph bat exit velocity and displayed a flat barrel path through the hitting zone. The uncommitted senior went 10-for-14 with a double and a triple over the course of six games in the Western PA Top Prospect Games and the PA Travel Baseball Championships. The uncommitted senior runs a 6.95 60-yard dash.
