Pennsylvania Player of the Week
April 2, 2018
2019 SS/RHP Colin Yablonski (Manheim Township) has been named this week's Prep Baseball Report Pennsylvania Player of the Week thanks to tossing a no-hitter for Manheim Township in a 5-0 win over Governor Mifflin to open the season.
Yablonski's gem was the first in school history since 1997 and included eight strikeouts with just two walks. The junior needed just 87 pitches to complete his gem with 57 of them going for strikes. Yablonski induced eight ground ball outs and allowed just one Governor Mifflin hitter to reach second base on the evening.
For his efforts, Yablonski has been named the Prep Baseball Report Pennsylvania Player of the Week for the week of March 23-31.
+ Also of note, 2018 RHP Jason Keen (Archbishop Ryan), a Cumberland County JC commit, tossed a complete game one hitter against MaST Charter School. Keen struck out 11, walked one and allowed just one earned run.
