Neal impressed in all facets of the game at the PA Top Prospect Games in June. He went 3-for-4 at the plate with a double and ran a 6.91 60-yard dash. Neal generates a bat exit velocity of 87 mph utilizing quick hands and a strong upper body. If he learns to incorporate his lower half he will become an even more effective hitter. The 6-foot, 175-pound righty sat 81-83 for a brief stint on the mound prior to departing after being hit with a line drive. Neal showcased a strong arm and athletic actions defensively in the outfield.
