As the newly appointed Director of Scouting for Western Pa. I have decided to take on the arduous task of predicting the order of finish in all sections in District 7. No excuses, but I am obviously more familiar with certain areas of the district than others. Therefore, by all my means when you see me out scouting please express your opinion regarding the sanity of my projections (no disparaging of my family). I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible in my travels. Teams are listed in projected order of finish.
