PBR:  Where have you decided to attend college and why did you make this choice?
I have decided to attend college at Binghamton University in New York.  I made this choice because I loved the campus, baseball program, coaches, and the fact they were going to let me be a two way player. The key is to find a school where you will play at the next level.

PBR:  What other schools were you considering?
Penn State, Stony Brook, Kent State

PBR:  Was distance from home a factor in your decision?
Distance was not a factor for my decision.  Finding my perfect fit was my main goal.

PBR:  Where did the coaches first see you?  How did your relationship develop with their coaching staff?
The coaches saw me at the Diamond Nation tournament in New Jersey.  They called me after watching one of my games.  I decided to go on a visit and tour the facilities.

PBR:  What role do the coaches expect you to play your first year on campus?
I will be a swing player for them which means I will Pitch, DH, or play 1B.  I am a team player and I will play where they feel they need me at the time.

PBR:  What is your biggest strength as a player and how do you feel that will help your team?
My biggest strength as a player is my commitment to the team.  I am an extremely hard worker and will focus on strengthening my weaknesses.  Everyone expects you to do your job on the team and in doing so you earn respect.

PBR:  Who do you play for in the summer and what was your most memorable experience from this past summer?
I play travel ball for Flood City Elite out of Johnstown/Altoona, PA.  My most memorable experience this summer was winning the Diamond Nation Tournament in New Jersey.  There were 97 teams in the tournament and we won!   It was a great ending to our summer season.

PBR:  What is your current GPA?
My current GPA is 3.2

PBR:  Now that you have your commitment out of the way, what are your goals both individually and for the team going into your senior season?
My goals this year are to get quicker feet and better bat speed.  There is always something to improve.
