Bradenton, Fl. --- As the players competed for the top draft spot for this summers' IMG Academy summer wood bat league draft, we take a look at some of the top performances by some position players at the workout.

Has good first step quickness with a quick release and very accurate throws. Occasionally fields ball back in stance. Erect stance at the plate with a loose quick swing. Good load and separation. Good hand eye and has feel for the barrel. Lacks strength now but will improve with physical maturity. 7.37 60. 70 mph exit bat speed velocity. 74 mph infield velocity.

2B/SS Will Baker – Lean athletic live projectable body with good actions in the infield and outfield. Showed some softness in his hands. Stays down and through ball when fielding and works out front. C/2B Noah Cosgrove – Stocky strong athletic body. The switch hitting catcher showed a quick release behind the plate with plenty of arm strength. Fires out of stance and occasionally leaves arm behind. Is smooth when he stays under control. At the plate he appears a little further along from the right side. Is more aggressive with a stronger base (lower half). Has quickness in hands with a good path and slight lift to swing. From the left side, he’s more upright and gets to front foot, letting go of the top hand and feels for ball. Still has quickness with a good bat path but less power. Catchers velocity is 71 mph. Ran a 7.26 60. 71 mph exit bat speed velocity. 71 mph infield velocity.

SS/2B Nikko Liguori – Thick stocky strong body with good infield actions and sound fielding mechanics. Is light on his feet and has a quick release. Has a short quick stroke with a good bat path. Ball jumps off his bat a bit. Had a hard line drive double to left field in the game. 63 mph infield velocity. 76 mph exit bat speed velocity.
