Summer season means that recruiting for most college programs is about to shift into second gear. Coaches travel the land high-and-low in their attempt to find future players to better their roster. As a player, this can be a nerve racking time. There is no need to panic, as coaches will be out to see you play. Control the controllable things and work on your game.
PBR Maryland will be doing features throughout the summer highlighting players that have the ability to play at the college level. Today we focus on Nathaniel Lowe, a 2016 outfielder from East New Market, MD.
Scouting Report
Athletic body at 5-foot-10 150-pounds, Lowe has a short arm action from a high ¾ arm slot with carry on his throws at 82 mph. He displays fluid footwork and a quick first step. A 6.73 60 yard dash. Offensively, Lowe displays a short swing with quick bat speed. He gets slightly stacked on his backside and is a line-drive type hitter. Hitting from an athletic and balanced setup he has an exit velocity of 88 mph.
