We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2018 Preseason All-State Showcase. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2018-2021 prospects to be put on MLB radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

Another Day At the Office for Dezenzo

Zach Dezenzo SS / 3B / Marlington, OH / 2018

Report: Fresh off a strong performance at the Super 60, 2018 IF Zach Dezenzo (Marlington HS) once again looked unphased by the bright lights. The Ohio State commit took a professional BP staying inside himself with a low effort, fluid swing. He makes good use of his 6-foot-4 frame creating leverage through angles to lift the baseball without sacrificing natural tools. More of gap threat than he is to leave the yard presently but that should change as he fills out frame. Defensively, I wouldn't be shocked if he sticks at short at the college level with a move to third base likely down the road in pro ball.
