By Nathan Rode and PBR Staff

The Prep Baseball Report Future Games are just three weeks. Held at Grand Park in Westfield, IN, the Future Games bring in top uncommitted juniors and sophomores from the PBR coverage area, attracting dozens of Division I coaches. Leading up to the event, we’ll bring you some preview content, starting with a look at the top position players coming. All of the players below are in the 2017 class and will represent their state at the end of the month.

Cole Barr, SS, Yorktown HS, IN
Barr stands in at 5-foot-11, 165 pounds and possesses athletic actions on defense with soft hands, fluid feet and a strong, accurate arm. Offensively, Barr is an athletic, quiet hitter with an advanced approach at the plate. He generates quick bat speed with good use of his lower half and consistently gets to extension with a short, level path to the baseball, displaying gap-to-gap power.
