Eau Claire North beat Onalaska on Tuesday 8-2 in seven innings. The Huskies scored three runs in the sixth on a two-run single by Cal Sauro and a sacrifice fly by Matt Kent. Nate Sorenson reached base two times in the game for Eau Claire North. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He doubled in the first inning. Sauro got the win, he allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered four hits. |

Appleton North beat Appleton East in FVA action on Tuesday 11-0 in six innings. Tyce Wheeler racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Lightning. He singled in the first inning and tripled in the fourth inning. Connor Wollersheim kept contact to a minimum, striking out nine Appleton East batters. The senior southpaw gave up just two hits over 5 2/3 shutout innings. |
