From the Virginia/West Virginia line to the Northern Neck, we take a look at some of the best uncommitted players from all over the state. Today we look at a 2024 right-hander from Colonial Beach High School. Gary Tompkins is a long, lanky 6-foot-3 arm with some funk and deception to the delivery and stuff. Tompkins had a big time start in front of our staff this summer at a PBR Tournament in Richmond.
