Revisiting the 2014 WV Top Prospect Games

With the 2nd Annual WV Top Prospect Games just days away, today we take a look back at the inaugural event in 2014. An total of 17 prospects on last year's roster have gone on to make college commitments over the past year, with others likely to make announcements prior to the early signing period in November.

Commitments from 2014 WV Top Prospect Games

Nine of the commitments came from players from Pennsylvania, not surprising considering the large numbers of participants from Keystone State that participated in 2014. This year's roster has just 18 players from Pennsylvania among the 63 participants.

West Virginia saw six prospects go on to make college commitments, while the remaining two commitments came from Ohio prospects. Ten of of the 17 commitments were made to colleges that were in attendance at the 2014 event.
