A fastball with hop has a flat approach angle and visually jumps through the zone. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher swing and miss average. Hop+ of 100 is MLB average.

5-foot-10, 185-pound athletic frame. Advanced on the mound, where he showed consistent arm speed, he had a long arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Displayed an athletic finish Produced a fastball that came in at 77-78 mph with a max of 79 mph; had sinking action and control low in the zone with heavy movement. His tight curveball (62-64) shows very consistent control. Has arm side control and fading action on his changeup (67-68). The changeup really plays well off of the fastball.

5-foot-10, 180-pound athletic frame. Smooth on the mound, had a consistent arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Showed easy effort in his delivery. Shows a clean finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 75-76 mph with a max of 78 mph; had running action and very consistent command with heavy movement. His 12/6 curveball (62-63) showed command low in the zone and tight action. His changeup (69-70) shows tailing action and very consistent control. Does a nice job incorporating his lower half in the delivery, really like the progress of the breaking ball.

Showed a very solid three pitch mix and seems very advanced for a young pitcher. The arm works well with easy actions and the mechanics on the mound are super clean. The fastball shows solid 2 seam action and could very well eat up right handed hitters at 78-79 mph. He did bump 80 mph a few times. The breaking ball is a two plane pitch, showing solid depth at 64-65 mph while the changeup will create some swing and misses as the pitch disappears to the glove side. Solid makeup that is going to be interesting to keep an eye on.

Page is a young ‘23 grad that did a nice job holding his own at the event. On the mound, he did a nice job of hiding the ball from hitters in his delivery. The mechanics are solid and the FB was up to 75 mph. He did a nice job of pounding locating this pitch to his glove side. The breaking ball was 63-64 mph and showed over the top spin. He was also able to locate this pitch well in the zone. In the box, he showed a quiet lower half and a simple approach with the front side. The swing path showed slight tilt and he showed a nice middle to pull side approach. At 3B, the skills are very solid and he will obviously continue to progress as his body matures and adds size and strength. Did a nice job keeping movement through his throws to the 1B bag
