Positional Profile: 1B/3B Strength and size. Upside as a power hitting corner guy.
Body: 6-foot-3, 205-pounds. Large build, strong in lower half.
Hit: RHH. Stands tall in the box with a slightly open setup in stance. Width is just outside of shoulders. Physical presence in the box. Hands held ear height above the shoulder.  Swing is fundamental, wants to attack the inside part of the ball. Body positioning is thrown off at times, leads to inconsistent barrel. When body is in the right spot balls are driven in the right direction.
Power: 104.38 max exit velocity, averaged 92.62 mph. 389’ max distance.
Arm: INF - 80 mph.  Throws from a high 3/4 slot. Throws were accurate and showed good body control while throwing on the move.
Defense: Has size at 1B, makes him a good target. Good timing with stretches, showed some ability to pick balls in the dirt. Understands different stride directions. Glove work while fielding is average. Was consistent fielding balls, rythme fielding the ball needs some work.
Run: 7.45 runner in the 60.


2022 1B Dante Turgeon (Benjamin Franklin)- 6-foot-2, 200-pounds, XL frame, strong build, body stands out, has leaned out a bit. Right-handed hitter, high power potential. Sets up in an upright base with slightly open stance. Sways to his back side with knee to knee leg lift. Creates solid direction. Uphill swing with advanced bat speed. Accelerates on plane quickly with good strength & quick hands. Catches the ball out front, looking to drive the ball in the air, 100.78mph exit velocity via Trackman. Pull approach, showed an increased ability to use the opposite field gap. Worked out at 3B, used pre-pitch hop. Quiet composed footwork. Fields the ball out in front with two-hands with flat glove angle, some softness to the hands. Short arm with average arm strength at 78mph. Power potential tshould be followed closely.


6-foot-2 190-pounds, broad shoulders, long limbs, strong legs. Showed natural power at the plate with raw actions. Hits from a relaxed upright base, starting with some weight on back leg. Open stance, using a big leg kick to transfer energy. Loads hands into a barrel tilt, getting connected as he starts his swing. Good bat & hand speed with short time to contact. Low rotational acceleration. 95mph exit velocity off a tee. Put power on display in live BP, barreling up some balls to CF with uphill swing plane. Hit a ball 100mph at 24-degree launch angle at 381ft. Looks to hit the ball in the air consistently. Some swing & miss to approach in live game action. Projects as a 1B at the next level where he showed some natural footwork. Ran a 7.84 60-yard dash. Firm hands with some length to exchange at 3B, 75mph arm strength. Power potential should be followed closely.


6-foot-2 188-pounds, some strength with average athleticism & mobility. Hits from tall upright base with medium leg lift, getting tall in back leg. Natural bad speed and whip through the zone. Throws his hands at the baseball, cutting himself off at times. Good pop in bat, recording the highest exit velocity of the event at 94mph. Looks to elevate the baseball with a slight uppercut. Middle approach with balance. Average feet with some stiffness to actions in the infield. Little momentum & direction to the bag. 77mph arm strength across the diamond. Athleticism could play better at first base in the future. Power potential should be followed.
