Positional Profile: OF Firm, aggressive hitter with quick hands and strong hip turn through the zone.
Body: 5-10, 182-pounds. Firm, athletic frame with present strength throughout.
Hit: RHH. Wide lower half stance with a slight knee bend present. Upper half tight with hands rested at ear level, back elbow flared straight outward. Bat angled towards the third base line. Inward leg twist stride to initiate the load into the rear leg, with the hands casting upward and out. Very aggressive swing with quick hands through the zone, aggressive motions throughout. Hips turn very well.
Arm: RH. OF-83 mph. Full-circle arm backpath from a 3/4 release point. Aggressive motions, very loose release, letting it rip. Throws on a line.
Defense: Very urgent actions as a fielder, approaching the ball with urgency. Picks up speed during the crow hop, with the body following through efficiently. Could take better angles on balls.

Body: 5-10, 172-pounds. Lean, athletic frame with present strength.
Hit: RHH. Wide lower half with slight knee bend. Upper half stays tight with back elbow pointed straight back. Bat held high above helmet. Small, progressive toe-tap stride. Body coils inwards to generate power. Aggressive mechanics throughout swing. Upper half stays loose during launch. 77.3 mph bat speed with 9 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 100 max exit velocity, averaged 83.5 mph. 380' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-84 mph. High 3/4 arm slot. Long, loose release. Accurate, firm thrower with optimal trajectory.
Defense: Takes slow, calculated steps with rhythmic motions. Sure-handed glove. Firm lower half that generates power during throw.
ATH: 6.92 runner in the 60. 1.69 and 3.88 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.
The Saugus product put on eight pounds of muscle since the start of the summer, and the physical gains have clearly translated across his game. Ramirez turned in a 6.92 60-yard dash and posted a 99.8 mph max exit velocity with a max distance of 380 feet, consistently finding barrels during BP with a mix of line drives and deep fly balls. Ramirez’s bat speed (77.3-80.8 mph) and hand speed (up to 23.2 mph) reflect his explosive swing mechanics and growing strength at the plate. Defensively, he showed an accurate 84 mph arm from the outfield, profiling as a CF/RF long-term option. It was an all-around strong showing for Ramirez, who continues to trend upward with a blend of athleticism, power, and polish.
Ramirez is another one who caught my eye on opening day of the 2025 spring season and necessitated a second trip for an extended look. In that first look, he made a spectacular catch to rob a home run, and in this look continued to show an impact profile as a defender in the OF. He has range with instincts for the ball in the air and plays aggressively, which allows him to run down in a ball within his range and take away extra base hits or keep hitters from taking the extra base on balls in the gap or down the line. The arm has shown solid presentability with consistent accuracy on his throws during INF/OF and a pair of endgame throws. Currently playing RF I could see a future for him and CF with the athleticism and instinct for defense. This second look allowed for a deeper dive on what he does at the plate as a RH hitter. The swing itself is aggressive with quality present, bat speed, and quickness in the turn/hand speed in the operation. It’s a flatter present stroke, geared more for leverage than loft, which should project to a present doubles power profile from line to line. Ramirez is an ambush hitter who attacks early anything in the zone, but did show an awareness to adjust to spin over the course of the game. The aggressiveness of his approach could lead to some chase against higher level pitching at present, but athleticism in his profile and ability to polish that approach as he matures, has me intrigued with his future offensive potential.
