Uncommitted. 6-foot, 175 pound frame, long, lean, proportional strength with a defined upper half that projects to add more strength. One of the top uncommitted 2019 pitchers in Orange County after more than handling his own in the brutal Trinity League last season. Miller flashes easy arm actions, lands online with good balance and weight distributed evenly. Arm can get long in the back and head whips at times. There’s little effort to his delivery, but he maintains his mechanics with his high ¾ delivery. Fastball worked 85-87 mph touching 88 mph on the night, pitch shows late movement before entering the hitting zone, Miller works the pitch to each of the four quadrants of the zone. Curveball shows sharp spin with late depth through the hitting zone, maintains arm speed and angle as fastball, pitch topped at 75 mph while living 72-74 mph. Miller shows feel for a changeup.
